Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality packaging solutions. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

1.Damaged Products

If the product is damaged upon arrival, please email us at brotherspackages@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the damaged product. We will provide an exchange for the same item. Claims made after 3 days will not be entertained.

2.Incorrect Quantity

If the quantity you received is less than what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days at brotherspackages@outlook.com. We will send you the missing quantity.

3.Wrong size Received

If we have sent you the wrong size, please email us within 7 days of delivery at brotherspackages@outlook.com. We will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and send you the correct product.

4.No Exchanges for Change of Mind

Since our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer exchanges if you decide you no longer need the product or want a different size.

5.Size & Material Guarantee

We ensure that the size and material of our boxes match your order specifications. If there is any discrepancy in the size, material, or printing, we will exchange the product accordingly.
